I stand at parade rest just outside the perimeter fence as the doors of the Gloria McDonald Prison open. First out is one of the wardens, who walks down the steps and makes eye contact with me -I reflect I see a slight smile- before turning back towards the open door and nodding. Next, Jade walks down the steps, tour bag slung over her left shoulder. She's wearing grey, tight fitting jeans, plain white t-shirt and a verdant coat. She takes a moment to look over the area on the other side of the fence and I decide that the correct thing to do is grin manically and wave my arms like I'm trying to guide a jet aircraft down.

When Morgan McSweeney was hired by Barking and Dagenham to defeat the BNP, he entered a world of resentment, rumour and mistrust. Antagonism between locals and newcomers was at a high-pitch; rumours about two-tier treatment were being fanned by the extremists and the Labour council seemed entirely powerless to do anything about it. About drugs
Why we take drugs
They give pleasure, create us feel less inhibited, make us feel horny and more intimate sexually, and intensify feelings of friendship and togetherness when socialising.
They take us out of ourselves and away from our everyday lives, for a while at least. They take us up and down, sideways, and through the middle. If this wasnt the case millions of people wouldnt take them, so theres absolutely no indicate saying they dont execute something when they do.
However, these are not the only reasons. Scratch the surface and theres experimentation, unhappiness, rebellion, relaxation, abscond, fitting in, l
