For such a well-liked and trendy destination, we were surprised to discover a lack of homosexual bars or gay clubs in Venice [no_toc]
In truth, we found that the nightlife scene here is very relaxed, easy going and involves having many Aperols (which we love). Venice is a super romantic city and we found that it was a great option for us visiting as a gay couple.
